Highline employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits through United Healthcare and employer paid life insurance and short term disability coverage. Additionally, Highline offers supplemental insurance through Aflac, Guardian, and Loomis. All Highline Academy employees participate in the Colorado PERA pension program. Highline employees are eligible for paid time off and sick leave.
